PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USE OF THE PORTALS
Telenor Connexion AB (Org no 556768-9038) (“Telenor”) provide services to the organization that you represent subject to the terms of a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between the organization that you represent and Telenor. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) guard your use of the Telenor IoT Portal, RST Portal or IoT Complete Portal (the “Portals”). In the event of conflicting provisions between the Agreement and these Terms, the Agreement shall prevail.
You understand and agree that Telenor will treat your use of the Portals as acceptance of these Terms of Use from that point onwards. Telenor reserves the right to make changes to the Portals and its Terms of Use from time to time, as well as to discontinue the services or a portion or attribute thereof.
The Portals and the data accessed through them is the property of Telenor. However, if you have been provided with access by Telenor you are granted a limited, non-sublicensable right to access the Portals and the data provided through it for your informational purposes only. You agree to keep the access credentials confidential and not to share them with any third party.
This license is limited to the organization that you represent, and any affiliates must seek and obtain their own access credentials from Telenor.
You may not sell, lease, share, transfer, or sublicense the Portal access, access codes there to or data accessed through it to any third party, whether for direct commercial or monetary gain or otherwise, without Telenor's prior written permission.
You may not use the Portals in any manner or for any purpose that violates any law or regulation, any right of any person, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of personality, is harmful to Telenor or in any manner inconsistent with an agreement with Telenor or these Terms of Use. You may not enter or store any personal data relating to end users or any other third party when using Metadata functionality.
You acknowledge and agree that Telenor may impose or adjust the limit on the number of requests and transactions you may send or receive through the Portals, such limits may be set by Telenor at any time, at Telenor's discretion.
You may not present data accessed through the Portals so that it appears to be available from a third party. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of the Portals or any data provided by Telenor.
The Portals, and the data accessed through it, are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You expressly agree that use of the Portals, including all data distributed, downloaded or accessed through this service is at your sole risk.
Telenor does not represent or warrant those materials accessed through these services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In no event shall Telenor, or its employees, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data) arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Telenor IoT Portal or data accessed through it.
